I am pleased to welcome you to the website of Omicron Rho Omega Chapter, located in North Charleston, South Carolina. As you peruse through our information, you will learn more pertaining to our sisterhood, history, and service.  With over 80 active members, we have been serving our community local and abroad for over thirty-three years and remain committed to helping mankind. We are a diverse group of college educated women who became members of the nation’s first African American Sorority that was established on January 15, 1908 on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC.  Presently, under the leadership of our international president, Dr. Glenda Glover, our program theme is “Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service.” Our international program includes five target areas:

Target 1: HBCU for Life: A Call to Action

Target 2: Women’s Healthcare and Wellness

Target 3: Building Your Economic Legacy

Target 4: The Arts

Target 5: Global Impact

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We invite you to visit frequently to learn more about upcoming chapter events and service efforts. Please feel free to review our calendar and join us for any open activities. We also invite you to connect with us on Facebook and Instagram.
